Garnish with a spoon of syrup to compliment a perfect vegan pancake stack made to perfection on the Electrolux InductionHob. #MakeLifeDelicious Ingredients 200gr flour / 60gr brown sugar / 1 tsp baking powder / 250ml almond milk / 1 tbsp peanut butter / 2 tbsp sesame oil / 1 banana / 300gr frozen blueberries How to cook them... Defrost the blueberries and mix finely. Strain the mixture to get rid of the blueberry peel. Add a little water until reaching a consistency similar to a juice. Crush the banana. Mix flour, sugar and baking powder together, then add the banana puree, the peanut butter, the oil and the milk. Stir everything together. In an oiled pan, lightly brown 2 pancakes alternately. Add to the mix 1 tbsp blueberry juice and stir well. Cook 2 more pancakes with the new mix. Repeat the action by adding 1 tbsp blueberry juice each time until you run out of pancake mix. When it’s time to serve, use a cutter to refine the pancakes and better see the colours. Pour some caramel on top and taste while it’s still hot. Enjoy!
