Helping a visually impaired lady


Hisense Service team demonstrated amazing empathy when helping a legally blind customer. By interacting with her on some ordinary troubleshooting the team learned of her struggles, and months later, when Hisense launched its 2017 models, which include an assistance feature designed to help visually impaired users, they remembered her. They replaced her old model with the new model, so that she can better control and enjoy the TV.
